The Bridge Built in 90 Days
Hear it from the leaders and founders who lived it!
Kairos: the right moment for decisive action.
That's what Stephanie Lena and Areltys named their 90-day mission.
Most senior leaders eyeing a portfolio career don't have a map to the next chapter. Stephanie didn't either.
Two decades as a scientist in pharma had given her expertise nobody would question. What she didn't have was a way into the startup ecosystem with a mission that would let her prove it.
That's the gap Match for Impact closes. Our smart AI-matching placed Stephanie into a 90-day leadership mission at an early-stage startup - Areltys.
Ninety days later, Stephanie had made a major impact at Areltys. We documented it and filmed it to turn into proof she could carry into whatever came next.
Hear how it actually worked, from the person who lived it.

Pia is a seasoned commercial and business strategy leader with experience across pharma, healthcare, and digital health, combining a strategy consulting background with over five years in various global and local roles at Roche. At this stage in her career, she was curious about the startup world but didn't know how to enter it.
That's where Match for Impact came in. We matched her with Equal Care, a Swiss venture building the first certification and registry for sex- and gender-specific medicine. After 18 months of experimentation in commercialization, Pia helped structure the team's learning into a clear strategy and operating model, giving them a far more focused way to approach the market.
From May to October 2025, she joined as Chief Commercial Officer, working to turn Equal Care's methodology into a scalable business.
She built the commercial strategy: pricing, positioning, a market expansion roadmap. She shaped the go-to-market plan and the investor narrative, co-presenting at pitches with the CEO. She mapped the knowledge gap on sex- and gender-specific medicine, gathered insights straight from healthcare professionals, and built the first version of an insights platform scanning FDA, EMA, and Swissmedic data.

Pia Lai and EQUAL CARE
"Equal Care was a fantastic way to gain real-life exposure to the startup scene in Switzerland. I gained a better understanding of the role I can play in it and the value I bring, while also learning a lot about early stage fundraising and growth”
Pia Lai
"With Pia on board we were able to set up our commercialization in a streamlined and professional way."

Meghna Joshi-von Heyden and ShareMed Swiss
Meghna was pursuing an MBA in global health and climate readiness, working to blend her global health and policy experience with the commercial and operational mindset needed to build and scale social ventures. She was looking for something specific: a big problem to solve, meaningful, scalable, with a focus on circularity.
That's where Match for Impact came in. We matched her with ShareMed Swiss, a nonprofit tackling a stark number: CHF 1.8 billion worth of unused, in-date medications destroyed in Switzerland every year. Its founders, Tamas and Janos, had built a platform to match surplus medicines with patients in need across borders - the "Too Good To Go" for medicine. Tamas had lost a friend to cancer, not for lack of treatment, but because the medication wasn't available. What the vision needed now was strategic health systems thinking to bring it to scale.
Meghna brought exactly that. She refined the positioning, expanded the partnership strategy, and articulated the systems-level transformation ShareMed Swiss could take forward.
She helped translate the team's passion into operational priorities by scaling the platform, managing regulatory expectations, and designing systems that balanced compliance with agility. ShareMed Swiss moved from concept to investment-ready venture with a clear strategy, aligned systems, and strong positioning for partnerships and funding ahead.
“Match for Impact gave me the opportunity to work on a real, scalable problem and use my systems thinking and leadership to help shape something truly transformative and impactful.”
Meghna Joshi-von Heyden
“I lost a friend to cancer-not tor lack of treatment, but because his medication wasn't available. No one should sutter while lifesaving drugs go to waste.”
Tamas Jan, Co-founder ShareMed Swiss
“Match for Impact has an incredible knack for finding the perfect match for our team. The program’s ability to see beyond resumes and recognize the potential for meaningful collaboration is truly remarkable!”
Janos Karovits, Co-founder ShareMed Swiss
Johan spent his career shaping global frameworks for M&A, data privacy, AI governance, and commercialization. He wanted his next chapter to be different as an independent legal and compliance advisor, helping startups grow responsibly instead of sitting in a corporate seat. Before committing fully, he wanted to validate the approach - could his experience translate into real operational value inside a fast-moving startup?
That's where Match for Impact came in. We matched him with MinkTec, the startup behind Rectify®, a wearable posture tracker and training app already reimbursed by all major German health insurers. MinkTec was gaining traction and preparing for its next growth phase and facing the strategic business and legal questions that come with it. Founder Benjamin needed more than advice. He needed a partner who could roll up their sleeves and get things done.
Johan did. He gave MinkTec a clearer understanding of its potential for strategic partnerships with established healthcare companies. He built the legal grounding for its IP claims and brand protection. He put a privacy and compliance framework in place, aligned with health data standards. And he jump-started the legal infrastructure MinkTec would need for international expansion.
