We carefully match executives based on their goals, experience, and compatibility to maximize impact and ensure a successful partnership. The selection process considers alignment in values, objectives, and skills.

Each entrepreneur-executive pair co-creates a structured 90-day plan with clear goals, milestones, and action steps. The assignment is designed to achieve measurable impact, drive progress, and support sustainable growth for the startup or NGO while also supporting the personal growth of the senior executive.

Impact entrepreneurs should have the capacity to onboard and collaborate with the senior executive throughout the assignment. Senior executives need to commit about 2 days/week of their time during the 90-day assignment, including masterclasses, check-ins, coaching, and milestone reviews.

The assignment is remote, and every participant is expected to have their own setup to work effectively and communicate with the team from any location.ription

When you join, you make the first of three equal payments. This gives you:
Access to the cohort's WhatsApp community
All masterclasses for this cohort
Your profile creation and matching process
Once a match is confirmed, you make the second payment.
When your mission starts (after the chemistry sprint), you make the final payment.

The success fee rewards you when a direct introductions by you leads to real startup wins.
Warm introductions:
If a startup in the program closes a business deal or investment directly through an introduction you made, you earn a 2% success fee on that deal, and 1% goes to Match for Impact.Paid roles after the 90 days:
If your 90-day mission turns into a paid role (fractional, advisory, board, etc.) with one of the start ups in the cohort , Match for Impact keeps a 1% success fee on the compensation paid to you during the first 60 days of that new contract. -
If a match isn’t the right fit
You stay in the program and keep your access to the community (WhatsApp group, masterclasses).
We offer to rematch with another startup in this or a a future cohort.
You still benefit from the learning, network, and personal branding opportunities.

The program connects you with an online community of like-minded entrepreneurs, executives, and industry professionals. At the showcase event there is an opportunity to get matched in-person as well as opportunities to network with investors and other leaders in the field.
